Creative Director + Copywriter
The Role
You’re the creative lead on accounts that are primarily campaign and advertising first. From conception to presentation to production, your team will be responsible for work that disrupts markets and gets results. You’re a player/manager who roles up their sleeves and contributes to the work. You’ll also work closely with your design and studio counterparts.
You are versatile. You’re not a headline writer, a long-from writer or a script writer. You’re all that and more. You love editing and re-writing because you know that more words does not mean more communication. You’re comfortable working in all mediums and with new tools.
You have ideas, lots of them. But you know good ones from bad ones. You know which to pursue. Your discernment builds trust between among coworkers and clients. Yet you have a growth mindset and are generally open.
You build trust among coworkers and clients. You’re not afraid of complex categories. In fact, you’re an alchemist who takes ambiguous and inscrutable information and turns it into simple nuggets of pure gold.

Salary
$130,000 + Benefits
