Account Supervisor


The Role

The Account Supervisor at Shinebox reports directly to the VP of Accounts. You play a key role in leading a piece of business, and representing the agency. You work with producers, strategists, and creatives to manage the needs and expectations on both sides of the client/agency relationship. You're obsessed with achieving goals for the brands and business of our clients. Shinebox runs on EOS; any experience is a plus. 

Your three main areas of accountability

Client expectations. Our business is to help brands disrupt and grow for good. That means fostering excellent working relationships and alignment with the clients who work on those brands.

Account growth. Driving client strategy, client marketing and organic growth are paramount. This means achieving your forecast and proactively creating opportunities for our brands.

Billing and AR. You have a deep understanding of the agency business model, and what it takes to be successful, including results and financial stewardship.

Specific Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and build trust for an entire account

  • Establish organic growth goals and strategies

  • Manage to your goals and forecasts

  • Foster industry relationships and agency partnerships

  • Assist strategy with understanding our client's business and category

  • Partner with project management to keep agency accountable

  • Participate in agency marketing and new business as needed

  • Seek, promote, and engage in making disruption matter

Compensation

Salary: $95k
